1) In case of dissatisfaction, you may exchange it within one week from the date receipt of the merchandise.
Sarees/Garments returned should be in original condition, should have original tags/labels and folds intact. Merchandise
that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be taken back. Copy of the invoice should also be sent along with goods returned. Shipping charges for all returns will be borne by the customer.
2) In any case, money will not be refunded to the customer. Exchange of a product can be done within one week from the date of invoice.
3) In case of manufacturing defects, the saree has to be returned within ten days from the date of invoice.
